Jiejie Microelectric's power semiconductor 6-inch wafer and device packaging and testing production line project has achieved a monthly output of 50,000 pieces. It uses deep trench etching and filling processes, high voltage and other planar terminal processes. Its products include unidirectional and bidirectional ESD chips, Zener diode chips, etc.
