Toyota Hino and Daimler Mitsubishi Fuso truck business merger agreement close to finalization

Toyota's Hino Motors and Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Co Ltd, a unit of Germany's Daimler Truck, are close to finalizing a merger agreement, with the two sides planning to set up a holding company for their truck units.
