Intel plans massive layoffs to reshape corporate culture

Intel plans to announce a plan to lay off more than 20% of its employees this week, the first major reorganization since new CEO Lip-Mo Chen took office. Last August, Intel laid off about 15,000 employees. By the end of 2024, Intel will have 108,900 employees.
