Hesai Technology will launch the next generation of LiDAR for L3 intelligent vehicles in 2026. At the same time, the delivery volume of Hesai Technology's ATX LiDAR has exceeded 50,000 units. Li Yifan said that L3 autonomous driving requires high-performance, long-range, and multiple blind-complement LiDARs to achieve higher safety redundancy. The "Thousand-centimeter Eye" solution released this time includes an automotive-grade ultra-long-range LiDAR ETX and two pure solid-state blind-complement LiDARs FTX. ETX has a maximum range of 400 meters and has been designated by Europe's "top car companies". It is planned to be mass-produced in 2026.
