Continental's Automotive Division is renamed AUMOVIO and will be listed independently soon

Continental AG announced at the recent Shanghai Auto Show that its automotive division will be renamed AUMOVIO after independence, and the Chinese name is still under negotiation. It is reported that Mr. Philipp von Hirschheydt will serve as the CEO of AUMOVIO. Continental plans to officially start the spin-off of the automotive division on August 5, 2024, and expects to achieve independent listing by the end of 2025.
