Samsung plans to stop producing DDR4

Samsung Electronics plans to terminate the production of 1z process 8Gb LPDDR4 memory in April 2025 and requires customers to complete the final purchase orders by June. Samsung will focus on the higher-profit HBM and DDR5 product lines.
