Zhejiang Jiyue Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. was recently renamed Zhejiang Fengsheng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., and Taizhou Geely Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. was added as a shareholder. The company was established in 2013, with Cao Zhenyu as the legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 2.404 billion. It mainly engages in the retail and wholesale of auto parts and the sales of new energy vehicles. It is now jointly held by Zhejiang Geely Qizheng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. and Taizhou Geely Automobile Industry Co., Ltd.
