X-fab's silicon carbide business revenue in the first quarter of 2025 was 43 million

X-fab announced its first quarter results for 2025. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of US$204.1 million, a decrease of 6% from the same period last year, and profit for the period was US$12.202 million, of which the revenue from silicon carbide business was US$6 million, an increase of 5% from the previous quarter.
