Nvidia B300 AI GPU is about to enter production

Nvidia's B300 AI GPU will reportedly start production in May this year. The GB300 Superchip, built on the B300 GPU and Grace CPU, is expected to be mass-produced by the end of this year. The B300 "Blackwell Ultra" chip is reportedly equipped with two physical GPU units and integrates 288GB of HBM3e memory. Its FP4 performance at the GB300 Superchip NVL72 rack level is 1.5 times that of the previous generation B200.
