Among the performance of STMicroelectronics' various departments in the first quarter of 2025, the "power device" business was under the greatest pressure, with revenue falling 37.1% year-on-year, turning from profit to loss; revenue of analog devices, MEMS and sensor business fell 23.9% year-on-year, and gross profit margin fell from 17.5% to 7.7%; revenue of embedded processing business fell 29.1% year-on-year, and gross profit margin fell from 22.2% to 8.9%; revenue of RF and fiber optic communications business fell 19.2% year-on-year, and gross profit margin fell from 27.4% to 13.9%.
