NXP announces first quarter 2025 financial results

NXP released its first quarter financial report for 2025, with revenue of US$2.84 billion, slightly higher than the market expectation of US$2.83 billion, but lower than the US$3.13 billion in the same period last year. Among the various business segments, automotive chip revenue fell 7% year-on-year, industrial and IoT chip revenue fell 11%, mobile chip revenue fell 3%, and communication infrastructure and other products revenue fell 21%.
