Q Technology acquires TDK's micro drive motor business

QTech announced the acquisition of TDK's micro drive motor business to strengthen its position in the optical camera module market. The acquisition includes more than 2,000 patents, more than 2,000 employees and specialized equipment. TDK has significant market share and brand influence in the field of micro-drive motors, and its VCM motor shipments once accounted for more than 70% of the market share.
