Nvidia denies setting up independent company in China

Nvidia recently denied reports that it plans to set up an independent company in China. Earlier media reports said that Nvidia was considering splitting its business in China by establishing a joint venture with a local company. However, Nvidia denied this, saying that these claims were unfounded. Nvidia President Huang Renxun recently visited China and expressed optimism about China's economic prospects and willingness to continue to deepen its presence in the Chinese market and promote US-China economic and trade cooperation.
