Ikodi proactively plans its robotics business

Aikodi is actively deploying in the field of robotics. On the endogenous level, it has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Instant Motion Robot Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., and hired Mr. Zhang Xunjie, who has rich technical and entrepreneurial experience in the field of robotics, as deputy general manager to accelerate the layout of humanoid robots and exoskeleton robots related businesses; on the external level, the company plans to acquire 71% of Zhuoerbo’s equity through the issuance of shares + fundraising, with a total transaction price of 1.12 billion yuan.
