VinFast announces 2024 Q4 and full-year financial results

Vietnamese electric car manufacturer VinFast delivered a total of 53,139 electric vehicles in the fourth quarter of 2024, an increase of 143% from the previous quarter. A total of 97,399 electric vehicles were delivered throughout the year, an increase of approximately 192% year-on-year. In addition, VinFast's total revenue in the fourth quarter of 2024 was approximately US$677.9 million, a year-on-year increase of 69.8%. After completing a 1 billion euro financing, the company began delivering its flagship model VF9 in North America in November 2024. In December of the same year, VinFast announced plans to double its local production capacity in Vietnam by opening a new factory in Ha Tinh Province.
