Nvidia and AI startup Anthropic spar over U.S. chip export restrictions

Nvidia and artificial intelligence startup Anthropic have disagreed over the US chip export control measures that will take effect on May 15. Nvidia believes that US companies should focus on innovation rather than making up ridiculous smuggling stories. Anthropic called for stronger control and law enforcement, claiming that China has smuggled chips through "fake pregnant bellies" or "with live lobsters."
