OpenAI withdraws restructuring plan, continues to be controlled by non-profit organization

OpenAI announced that it is withdrawing the restructuring plan proposed in December last year, and the company will continue to be controlled by a non-profit organization. OpenAI's for-profit limited liability company will be transformed into a public benefit company dedicated to a specific social welfare mission.
