Arm's 2025 fiscal year royalties and licensing revenues hit record highs

Arm's patent fees and licensing revenues in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 exceeded $600 million, of which royalties were $607 million, up 18% year-on-year; licensing and other revenues were $634 million, up 53% year-on-year. For the entire fiscal year 2025, Arm's revenue exceeded $4 billion for the first time, of which patent fee revenue exceeded $2 billion for the first time. Arm expects revenues in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 to be between $1 billion and $1.1 billion.
