Geely Auto acquires 70% equity of six dealers to build direct sales system

Geely Auto announced that its subsidiary Zhejiang Geometry signed an agreement with Lingji Auto to acquire 70% of the equity of six dealers for RMB 29.2376 million. The move aims to establish a direct dealer channel, reduce dependence on Lingji Auto, and enhance brand influence and operational efficiency in the fierce market competition. After the acquisition, Geely will have a more independent marketing strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and optimize resource allocation.
