The state has taken action to rectify the safety hazards of hidden door handles

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is publicly soliciting opinions on the mandatory national standard revision project of "Technical Requirements for Safety of Automobile Door Handles" to solve the safety hazards exposed by hidden door handles in actual applications. The revision plan aims to solve the problems of hidden door handles in actual applications, such as insufficient strength, potential risks in control logic, power failure, finger pinching, and difficulty in identification and operation. The standard will apply to door handles of M1 and N1 vehicles and multi-purpose trucks, and other vehicle door handles will be implemented as a reference.
