Change of controlling shareholder of Farasis Energy

Farasis Energy announced that its controlling shareholder has changed from Hong Kong Farasis to Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group, and its actual controller has changed to Guangzhou Municipal People's Government. This change will not have a substantial impact on the company's daily operations, and the new controlling shareholder will provide support in terms of strategy, market expansion, R&D, financing and management.
