Microchip announces fourth quarter financial results for fiscal year 2025

Microchip, a major US microcontroller and analog chip manufacturer, announced its fourth quarter financial report for fiscal year 2025, with revenue of US$970.5 million, a year-on-year decrease of 26.8% and a month-on-month decrease of 5.4%. Adjusted non-GAAP net profit was US$61.4 million, with earnings per share of US$0.11. It is expected that the revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 will be between US$1.02 billion and US$1.07 billion.
