Infineon's EDT3 IGBT power chip is first used in Chery Kunpeng hybrid models

Infineon Technologies and Zhenqu Technology have collaborated to develop a high-performance electric drive solution based on the EDT3 IGBT power chip. The power module will be used in Chery Kunpeng hybrid models, helping Chery to expand into the global new energy vehicle market.
