GAC Group promotes adjustment of "large R&D system"

GAC Group has completed the reorganization of the product headquarters and research institute into a "large R&D system" to match the IPD process changes at the organizational structure level. After the adjustment, the vehicle development institute, platform technology institute, styling design institute and product headquarters are all first-level departments, directly managed by the group. GAC Group has also implemented an open selection mechanism for "competitive recruitment" for middle-level and above leaders.
