Wolfspeed appoints new CEO, Robert Feurle

Wolfspeed, a global leader in silicon carbide technology, announced that Robert Feurle has been appointed as its new CEO. Feurle will succeed Thomas Werner, who will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board. Feurle has more than 20 years of global leadership experience, focusing on the development of advanced power semiconductor solutions for automotive and other high-voltage applications.
