Volkswagen announces full switch to lithium iron phosphate batteries for electric vehicles

Volkswagen Group announced that starting next year, all of its electric models will gradually migrate to the upgraded platform MEB Plus and fully adopt lower-cost lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries.
