CATL's Hong Kong IPO is in full swing

CATL's Hong Kong IPO has received institutional orders of over US$50 billion, with an oversubscription multiple of 30 times. If the over-allotment option and green shoe mechanism are exercised, the total amount of funds raised is expected to reach HK$41 billion, making it the world's largest IPO in 2025.
