The European battery industry is facing difficulties, with only two companies left: ACC and PowerCo

After Northvolt went bankrupt, only ACC and PowerCo remained as the largest power battery companies in Europe. ACC was jointly founded by Stellantis Group, Total Energy and Mercedes-Benz, while PowerCo is a wholly-owned battery subsidiary of Volkswagen Group. However, the capacity construction of these two companies has also encountered some setbacks.
