Forvia Group considers sale of lifecycle solutions unit

Forvia Group is exploring the sale of its Lifecycle Solutions division, which is part of Hella and has around 4,000 employees. Although shareholders have yet to make a decision, Forvia CEO Ma Qiyuan said he wants to focus on developing the core business.
