Ideal Auto Insurance Agreement Dispute

Ideal Auto has recently caused dissatisfaction among car owners due to its price guarantee agreement. Car owner Mr. Yan purchased Ideal L7max in March and signed a 90-day price guarantee agreement. However, in April, Ideal Auto offered a price reduction promotion of about 10,000 yuan for the same model in the name of exhibition car discount. Mr. Yan and other car owners believe that this is a violation of the price guarantee agreement. Ideal Auto explained that exhibition cars are different from new cars and are not within the price guarantee range. However, car owners questioned whether the so-called exhibition cars were actually new cars. Ideal Auto admitted that it had sold new cars at a reduced price as exhibition cars in order to reduce inventory. So far, more than 10 car owners have reported similar problems.
