Japan considers subsidies for Tesla charging stations

Japan is considering a plan to subsidize the construction of charging stations for Tesla electric vehicles amid tariff negotiations with the U.S. The Japanese government currently only subsidizes the installation of charging stations that use Japan's CHAdeMO standard.
