Autoneum acquires Chengdu FAW Sihuan

Autoneum, a global automotive acoustics giant, announced the acquisition of 100% equity of Chengdu FAW Sihuan. The transaction is expected to be completed in July 2025. The purchase price is approximately 16 million Swiss francs.
