Renault Group increases stake, takes full control of Renault Nissan India

Nissan Motor announced that Renault Group will acquire 51% of Nissan's shares to achieve 100% ownership of Renault Nissan Automotive India Private Limited. This transaction will further strengthen the cooperation between Renault and Nissan in the Indian market.
