Aeva Enters into Strategic Partnership with Global Technology Giant

Recently, Aeva, a US FMCW LiDAR listed company, announced a strategic partnership with a leading global technology solution provider. The two parties will work together to introduce Aeva's fourth-generation 4D LiDAR into emerging industrial and consumer markets. Aeva will also designate the company as a secondary manufacturing partner for the previously announced top ten global passenger car OEM projects. According to the agreement, the technology giant will provide Aeva with a total strategic investment of approximately US$50 million through the subscription of Aeva common stock, new product joint development revenue, and production facility investment. The equity portion will enable it to hold approximately 6% of Aeva's shares. The cooperation aims to build mass production capabilities for automotive, industrial and consumer perception sensing products.
