Infineon Technologies and Shenzhen Youyou Green Energy Co., Ltd. are deepening their cooperation to provide a full range of power semiconductor solutions, including CoolMOS™, TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT, CoolSiC™ MOSFET and EiceDRIVER™ drivers, to help Youyou Green Energy upgrade its new generation of high-quality 40kW/60kW independent air duct charging modules, liquid-cooled charging modules and V2G vehicle-to-grid interaction solutions.
