FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. announced that it will recall a total of 133,916 vehicles starting from May 16, 2025. The recall involves the domestic A6L model and the imported Audi A6, A7, A8L, Q8, S7, S8, Q7, and S6 models. The reason for the recall is that the instrument cluster software is too sensitive, which may cause the display to shut down and affect driving safety. FAW-Volkswagen will entrust Audi authorized dealers to upgrade the instrument cluster control unit software for vehicles within the recall scope free of charge to eliminate safety hazards.
