Furuitech applies for IPO on the Hong Kong Main Board again

On May 23, Furuitech (Zhejiang) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. submitted a prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, planning to go public on the main board of Hong Kong. This is the company's second application after the application was invalid on November 22, 2024. Furuitech's shareholders include influential automakers such as SAIC, BAIC, Geely, Dongfeng and Shaanxi Automobile, as well as government industrial funds and well-known professional investment institutions, jointly promoting China's intelligent assisted driving solutions to accelerate the lead.
