Hanchuan Intelligent sues CATL and its subsidiaries over contract disputes

Hanchuan Intelligent announced that it has filed a lawsuit against CATL and its subsidiaries, Contemporary Amperex Technology and Contemporary Qiji, involving an amount of 60.8799 million yuan. Hanchuan Intelligent accused the other party of failing to pay the agreed amount in the battery swap station cooperation, constituting a serious breach of contract. At present, the case has been accepted by the court, but the trial has not yet begun, and the impact on the company's profits is still uncertain.
