Alibaba reduces its stake in Xpeng again

According to the U.S. stock holdings report for the first quarter of 2025 recently disclosed by Alibaba Group, Alibaba reduced its holdings of 3.08 million shares of Xpeng in that quarter, a reduction of 8.13%. As early as December 15, 2023, Alibaba announced plans to sell 25 million shares of Xpeng. Then on March 21, 2024, Alibaba further reduced its holdings of 33 million Xpeng ADSs, and its shareholding ratio also dropped from 9.23% to 4.94%.
