Recently, Changzhou Chezhihu Construction Co., Ltd. was formally established with a registered capital of RMB 25 million, and is wholly owned by Jiangsu CHJ Automotive Co., Ltd., the core manufacturing entity of Ideal Auto. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu CHJ Automotive, Chezhihu Construction directly undertakes the infrastructure needs of Ideal Auto's Changzhou base, covering plant expansion, technical transformation and other projects.
