Wolfspeed makes personnel changes to meet market challenges

Wolfspeed, a global leader in silicon carbide technology, recently made personnel adjustments and appointed Dr. David Emerson as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Dr. Emerson will be responsible for overseeing the company's global operations, supply chain and quality departments. This personnel adjustment comes at a time when Wolfspeed is expanding its SiC manufacturing base in the Mohawk Valley and Durham, North Carolina to meet the growing global demand for silicon carbide power devices and RF devices.
