Foton Motor and EVE Energy jointly established a new energy technology company

Foton Motor announced that it will jointly invest RMB 500 million with EVE Energy to establish Beijing Foton EVE New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., aiming to expand the new energy heavy truck business and provide diversified battery leasing solutions. Foton Motor invested RMB 250 million and holds a 50% stake.
