Former Volkswagen executive sentenced in Germany over diesel scandal

A court in Brunswick, Germany, ruled that Heinz-Jakob Neusser, a former Volkswagen Group executive and member of the Volkswagen brand development board, was guilty in the "dieselgate" scandal and sentenced him to one year and three months' suspended sentence.
