CATL and Dongfeng Nissan reach strategic cooperation

CATL and Dongfeng Nissan signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in battery technology research and development, product innovation and market expansion. CATL will give priority to applying cutting-edge technologies such as global supercharging, CIIC integrated intelligent chassis, and 800V high-voltage platform to Dongfeng Nissan models. It is expected that by 2026, a number of models equipped with jointly developed battery systems will be launched. The two parties will also explore new business models to promote the popularization of new energy vehicles.
