UK car production falls 15.8% in April

Data from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders showed that total production of light cars and commercial vehicles in the UK fell 15.8% year-on-year to 59,203 units in April, the lowest monthly production in April since 1952 (excluding 2020 affected by the COVID-19 lockdown).
