Japanese startup KG Motors launches mibot mini electric car

The mibot mini electric car launched by Japanese startup KG Motors is priced at only $7,000, about half the price of Japan's best-selling electric car, the Nissan Sakura. The car is only 2,490 mm long, has a range of up to 100 kilometers and a maximum speed of 60 kilometers per hour. Since it opened for pre-order in Japan last fall, the car has received more than 2,250 orders.
