BYD joins hands with Xiaoju Charging and Xindiantu to build 15,000 megawatt flash charging piles

On May 31, 2025, BYD announced at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Auto Show that it would cooperate with Xiaoju Charging to build 10,000 megawatt flash charging piles and cooperate with Xindiantu to build 5,000 megawatt flash charging piles, aiming to accelerate the construction of the megawatt flash charging network. This move will enable users to enjoy faster charging services across the country. Since the release of the megawatt flash charging technology in March 2025, BYD has built more than 500 megawatt flash charging stations.
