Continental Automotive's executive changes will not affect the sub-group split plan

Karin Dohm, CFO of Continental Automotive Holding Europe AG (to be renamed AUMOVIO Europe AG in the future), resigned for personal reasons after only eight weeks in office. CEO von Heffer will temporarily assume the CFO duties until the new CFO is in place. Despite the personnel changes, the separation plan and IPO of the automotive sub-group are still proceeding as planned. von Heffer stressed that the company will implement the listing plan in September.
