Dispute between Shandong Gancheng Holding Co., Ltd. and BYD

Shandong Gancheng Holding Co., Ltd., BYD's main dealer network in Shandong Province, recently had a dispute with its manufacturer BYD. Shandong Gancheng accused BYD's dealer policy adjustment of causing its capital chain to break, while BYD accused Shandong Gancheng of financial collapse due to blind expansion and leveraged operation. The dispute affected more than a thousand consumers who prepaid for various service fees.
