Chinese brands account for 8.8% of car sales in Spain

In May 2025, 112,820 cars were sold in Spain, of which 9,856 were Chinese brands, accounting for 8.8% of Spain's car sales. So far this year, Chinese manufacturers have registered 37,036 cars, accounting for 7.5% of Spain's annual car sales (490,711). MG, BYD, Omade and Jaguar Land Rover led the growth trend.
